Description &Applications	Malathion monocarboxylic acid belongs to the class of organic compounds known as thia fatty acids. These are fatty acid derivatives obtained by insertion of a sulfur atom at specific positions in the chain. Malathion monocarboxylic acid is considered to be a practically insoluble (in water) and relatively neutral molecule. Malathion monocarboxylic acid has been found in human liver and kidney tissues, and has also been detected in multiple biofluids, such as urine and blood. Within the cell, malathion monocarboxylic acid is primarily located in the cytoplasm, membrane (predicted from logP) and adiposome.
