Dr. Mallesha N. is the Founder and Managing Director of the company, which he established over 12 years ago with a vision to create a world-class research and manufacturing organization serving the pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, and agrochemical industries. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Mysore and backed by more than 21 years of industrial experience, he has successfully combined scientific excellence with strategic business leadership to build a trusted global enterprise.

Mrs. Darshini N is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of industrial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences sectors. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biochemistry and has built a strong foundation in quality assurance, cell biology, and organizational management.
She began her career with Saint Morgan Pharmaceutical, Bangalore, where she worked as a Scientist – Quality Control, gaining extensive experience in quality systems, analytical procedures, regulatory compliance, and laboratory operations. She later joined DiponED LLP, Bangalore, serving as a Senior Cell Biologist, where she contributed to advanced cell biology research and laboratory-based scientific projects.
At SRIRAMCHEM Laboratories, Mrs. Darshini plays a pivotal leadership role in overseeing the company’s Administration and Human Resources functions. She is responsible for managing employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational policies, statutory compliance, and day-to-day administrative operations. Her strong organizational skills, scientific background, and people-centric approach have been instrumental in building an efficient workplace culture and supporting the company’s sustained growth.
Dr. Mohan Thambanda is a scientist turned strategic business leader with over 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical and specialty chemical research, process development, custom synthesis, technology transfer, and business development. Holding M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees in Organic Chemistry from Mangalore University, he has built a distinguished career with leading multinational and Indian organizations, delivering innovative and commercially successful solutions across the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and chemical industries.Over the course of his career, Dr. Mohan has led numerous global development programs involving New Chemical Entities (NCEs), APIs, advanced intermediates, impurity synthesis, process scale-up, technology transfer, and contract manufacturing. His expertise spans process research and development, custom synthesis, CMC strategy, regulatory support, project management, and commercialization. Recognized for combining scientific excellence with strategic thinking, he has consistently transformed complex technical challenges into practical, cost-effective manufacturing solutions that create value for customers and organizations alike. He is the inventor and co-inventor of multiple patents and has authored several peer-reviewed scientific publications in organic chemistry, crystallography, and process innovation.

Sumika S. is a Business Development Executive at SRIRAMCHEM Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., with over *1.5 years of specialized experience* in the chemical and allied industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Mysore and has developed a strong foundation in both the technical and commercial aspects of the chemical industry.
Over the course of her tenure at SRIRAMCHEM, Sumika has gained extensive expertise in domestic and international business development, serving as a key point of contact for customers across global markets. Her role involves handling customer requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the overall business process from inquiry to order completion. She works closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth communication, timely execution, and effective customer support.
Her growing technical understanding of chemical products, custom synthesis, process feasibility, and research chemicals enables her to effectively bridge the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions. She is actively involved in developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting strategic business growth through responsive communication and solution-oriented execution.

Mr. Sharma is the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) at SRIRAMCHEM Laboratories and a distinguished organic chemist with over 35 years of industrial experience in organic synthesis, process research and development, custom synthesis, and contract research. Prior to joining SRIRAMCHEM, he held key scientific positions with leading pharmaceutical and CRO organizations, including Jubilant, where he successfully led the development and optimization of scalable synthetic processes for pharmaceutical intermediates, APIs, and specialty chemicals.
As the Chief Scientific Officer, Mr. Sharma provides strategic leadership to the company’s research and innovation initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams in the design and synthesis of complex organic molecules, process optimization, technology transfer, and commercialization. His expertise in developing efficient, cost-effective, and scalable chemical processes has contributed significantly to the successful execution of numerous custom synthesis projects for global clients.
