Description &Applications	2H-1,4-Benzoxazin-3(4H)-one, 6-amino-7-fluoro-4-(2-propynyl)-, also known as BFA, is an organic compound belonging to the benzoxazinone family. It has been used as a substrate in enzyme assays and as an inhibitor of enzymes. It has also been used in studies of protein-protein interactions and as a probe for the structure and function of proteins. 2H-1,4-Benzoxazin-3(4H)-one, 6-amino-7-fluoro-4-(2-propynyl)- has also been used as a fluorescent probe for studying the structure and function of DNA and RNA.
