Description &Applications	Bentazon is a commonly used pesticide which effectively controls weed in paddy fields. Bentazone has been used as analytical standard in liquid chromatograph with a photodiode array (PDA) detector coupled in series with a mass spectroscopy (MS) detector equipped with an atmospheric pressure electrospray ionization source (ESI) for the determination of bentazon and its transformation products.
